What can the Votel form and survey builder do?

The form builder is drag and drop, with templates on the right and many themes and styles so a form looks exactly how you want. You can also tell the AI assistant what form you want and it builds it.

Field types cover just about everything: name, email and phone, rating questions such as rate us from 0 to 10 (NPS), yes and no questions, signatures, file uploads, and audio or video recordings from the person filling out the form.

Forms are how you collect leads and payments on your website. Payment elements include order bumps, one-click upsells and a two-step order option that you can customize to two or three steps.

You can build surveys too. The survey style shows one question, or a few, per screen. Surveys work well for assessments that qualify a prospect's needs and for lead magnets.

Calendar booking forms take custom fields, so you can ask almost anything when someone books.

Everything submitted is stored in Votel and saved to the contact in the CRM, either in custom fields or as the form submission. In the contact details on the right-hand side you can add custom tabs with custom sections and custom fields to see that data.
